Oils
LEMON - 15 ML
(Citrus limon) has a strong, clean, purifying citrus scent that is
revitalizing and uplifting. It consists of 68 percent d-limonene, a powerful
antioxidant. It is delightfully refreshing in water and may be beneficial for
the skin. It may also serve to deter pests.* Lemon has an approximate ORAC of
6,619 (TE/L). TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per liter.
HSPersonal Note: I have used Lemon for years to
put in my water. It improves the taste and also may help to purify the
water. It seems to put "Life" in it: A drop or two will
significantly liven up your water!
LAVENDER - 15 ML
(Lavandula angustifolia) has a fresh, sweet, floral, herbaceous aroma that is
soothing and refreshing. Because it is the most versatile of all essential
oils, no home should be without it. It is great for winding down before
bedtime, yet has balancing properties that make it just as beneficial for
boosting stamina and energy.* Therapeutic-grade lavender is highly regarded
for skin and beauty. It may be used to cleanse cuts, bruises, and skin
irritations. The French scientist Reneé Gattefosseé was the first to
discover these properties when he severely burned his hands in a laboratory
explosion. Using lavender oil, he noticed a remarkable healing soon
afterwards. Lavender has an approximate ORAC of 3,669 (TE/L). TE/L is
expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per liter. HSPersonal Note: Lavender may be my all time favorite. I am
never without it and use it mostly for relaxing although its uses are
many. It is said to be the most versatile of all the essential oils.
PEPPERMINT - 15 ML
(Mentha piperita) has a strong, clean, fresh, minty aroma. One of the
oldest and most highly-regarded herbs for soothing digestion, it may
also improve gastric motility and digestive efficiency.* Jean Valnet,
M.D., studied peppermint's effect on the liver and respiratory systems.
Other scientists have also researched peppermint's role in improving
taste and smell when inhaled. Dr. William N. Dember of the University of
Cincinnati studied peppermint's ability to improve concentration and
mental activity. Alan Hirsch, M.D., studied peppermint's ability to
directly affect the brain's satiety center, which triggers a sensation
of fullness after meals. Peppermint has an approximate ORAC of 373,455
(TE/L). TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per liter.
HSPersonal Note: Peppermint is another oil
that I like adding to water. It is a very powerful oil and only
one or two drops is needed to flavor a whole gallon of water! It
is also used to support digestion.
YLANG YLANG - 15 ML
(Cananga odorata) has a sweet, soft, flowery fragrance that has made it a
romantic favorite. In Indonesia, the petals are often strewn across a
marriage bed. Ylang ylang is extremely effective in calming and bringing
about a sense of relaxation, and it may help with releasing feelings of
anger, tension, and nervous irritability. It has a long history in skin
and hair care products, particularly in Asia, where it is used to promote
luxuriant hair. Ylang Ylang has an approximate ORAC of 1,300,478 (TE/L).
TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per liter.

GRATITUDE - 5 ML

Remember,

This About "Frequency"?
Frequency
is a measurable rate of electrical energy that is constant between any two
points. Every living thing has an electrical frequency.
Robert O.
Becker, M.D. documents the electrical frequency of the human body in his book,
"The Body Electric".
A
"frequency generator" was developed in the early 1920's by Royal
Raymond Rife, M.D. He found that by using certain frequencies , he could
destroy a cancer cell or virus. He found that these frequencies could
prevent the development of disease, and others would destroy disease.
Bruce
Tainio of Tainio Tech. in Cheney, Washington, developed new equipment to
measure the biofrequency of humans and foods. He used this biofrequency
monitor to determine the relationship between frequency and disease.
Measuring
in megahertz,it was found that processed/canned food had a zero MHz
frequency.; fresh produce measured up to 15 MHz; dry herbs from
12-22 MHz; and fresh herbs from 20-27 MHz. Essential oils started at 52
MHz and went as high as 320 MHz, which is the frequency of rose oil. A
healthy body typically has a frequency ranging from 62-78 MHz, while disease
begins at 58 MHz.
Clinical
research shows essential oils, having the highest frequency of any natural
substance known to man, can create an environment in which microbes cannot
live . Truly the chemistry and frequencies of essential oils have the
