Someone has said that what one loves to do at five years of age is what one will love for the rest of their life.  That certainly does apply to me.  Whether I was five, ten, twenty or fifty I have always loved being creative.  Some of my creative pursuits as a child have been drawing and designing "paper dolls", building "houses" with our contractor neighbors bricks, creating all kinds of scrapbooks, writing stories and more.

 

As an older adult I tried various drawing and painting techniques, writing, and later contributing to newsletters when computers and the internet became available and many other "artsy" things in between. 

 

Currently, and for the past ten years my main interest has been pressed flower art.  You can see  of some of my creations HERE..

 

Along with that, I occasionally redesign and update this website which involves arranging articles, writing, placement of photos on pages and more.

 

It gives me great satisfaction to have this me ns of creative expression, and sharing my other passion... learning and passsing on what I have learned over the years about healing of the body, mind and spirit and how to become more whole. I have been on my own healing journey for some 45 years.  Some of my writings here may seem like I have a "pie in the sky" philosophy, but after having studied and read extensively about my topics of interest, I believe that I have come upon many truths worth sharing,  things that the sages of old, the saints, and mystics have agreed on for centuries!   These wisdom teachings give us much needed HOPE at this time in history. 

 

I hope that aside from my joy in doing this for myself, it will be of benefit to many others on the path to health and wholeness, and above all  renewed HOPE for those of you who have stumbled upon this website.
