The Light Page

Having been interested in the concept of Light for many years and having a passion for learning about Truth, Life, Love, and discovering the glories of God and His "Kingdom," I want to share some of what I have learned with you. If you are on the spiritual path and are interested in Jesus as the Light of the world, please read on! I hope you won't pass this up and think it is just more "religious stuff".

I love to learn and I love to teach as well. I especially love to spread the word that Christ is the Light of the world. It is my conviction that Christ is the "highest" Life... the most highly evolved being (and much more!) who ever lived...and He showed us how to live the highest Life also. That is, to become Light and Love and live in the Reign of Light...in the heavenly realms . This Reign of God operates not according to the law, but transcends the religious law and transcends religion... even Christianity ...... if Christianity means following a set of rules rather than BEING like Christ.

And so like a sunflower I am always turning toward the Light and travel along the path to the Heavenly Places. I love to spread the good news that all are children of the Light and that the Reign of God is already here. It is only a matter of discovering this greatest of all Truths; of believing it and receiving it! The sooner we discover this truth, the sooner we will have the Reign of God manifest on this earth.

Here is a quote from one of my favorite authors, Thomas Keating, from "The Mystery of Christ: The Liturgy as Spiritual Experience."

"The joy of Christmas is the intuition that all limitations to growth into higher states of consciousness have been overcome. The Divine light cuts across all darkness, prejudice, preconceived ideas, prepackaged values, false expectations, phoniness and hypocrisy. It presents us with the truth. To act out of the truth is to make Christ grow not only in ourselves, but in others. Thus, the humdrum duties and events of daily life become sacramental, shot through with eternal implications. This is what we celebrate in the liturgy. The *kairos,* 'the appointed time,' is *now.*

According to St. Paul, 'Now is the time of salvation, ' that is, now is the time when the whole of the divine mercy is available. Now is the time to risk further growth. To go on growing is to be at the cutting edge of human evolution and of the spiritual journey. The divine action may turn our lives upside-down; it may call us into various forms of service. Readiness for any eventuality is the attitude of one who has entered into the freedom of the Gospel. Commitment to the new world that Christ is creating - the new corporate personality of redeemed humanity - requires flexibility and detachment: the readiness to go anywhere or nowhere, to live or to die, to rest or to work, to be sick or to be well, to take up one service and to put down another. Everything is important when one is opening to Christ-consciousness. This awareness transforms our worldly concepts of security into the security of accepting, for love of God, an unknown future.
The greatest safety is to take that risk. Everything else is dangerous."

Jesus Pattern for a Happy Life

The Beatitudes

Jesus talks about light in Matthew 5:14-16. Notice that he says, you *are* the light of the world, not you will be when you are something better. Right now, within yourself, shines the light for this world. Many have not discovered that light in themselves. Many perhaps feel that they have no light. Do you think Jesus was mistaken? Did he not know what he was talking about? So you must in fact be the light of the world now. Start to look for that place within yourself where light shines. It is there.............

When you begin to show ever so little willingness to find your light, offer that willingness to the Holy Spirit. Do it consciously, deliberately. Holy Spirit, I am willing to find my own light.; If that is scary, do it anyway. Your own light is for you. It is the Father's gift to you. You can trust it to bring you joy. You can be free to enjoy your own light. If you are willing, the Spirit will rush to show you his shining within your own spirit.

Be A Light in the Darkness

"Be ever so careful, as you may be a child of the Light. Wherever, there is Light, the Darkness wants to put it out. And oh! There is so much Darkness around.

The children, they see the Light. They see the Light and know the Light and the Light gives them hope. However, they see it very dimly at first, as, they do not believe it or trust it. There is so much Darkness around them. Moreover, as they continue in the Light, their hearts open up to grow. As their hearts open to grow, then, do their minds and they learn. However, the Darkness does not want them to learn for as they learn they become increasingly open to the Light. This is the way that the Light has created us to be. We start out like a flower bud and as we receive that which we need for growth, the growth comes and we blossom.

And oh! The children of the Light are so ready when they are young to see the Light. Be careful and vigilant so that the Darkness will not overtake them or you. You are a gateway to the Light from which all Darkness flees.

Let, these words resonate in your heart, mind and spirit. "Continually, ask for God's wisdom and guidance." God will provide it for this is His promise to all that seek Him.

People of the Light understand intuitively. We are scattered. But, there are many. We need to let the other know that we recognize them. "

In the beginning all was Dark. It was Light that came and conquered the Dark. Dark will not rest until it conquers the Light to which it is always attracted. But Light, which I choose will always win out. I choose to be aware and know that which I choose.

Our Vision For Earth: Getting There

We look in the mirror one day--each one of us--and wake up. Eskimos, Brazilians, Scots, Americans, Indians, Nigerians, Russians, Australians, Israelis--we realize we are divinity, a being of light. We no longer deny the truth. Our hearts swell with joy!

Spontaneously we see all our lives, what we’ve been--slaves and slave owners, teachers and followers, saints and tyrants. We cry about our cruelties, but finally understanding comes. We have explored this plane with all its glory and terror, sorrow and joy. The purpose of each of our roles was the precious fruit of wisdom. And what a play it has been! A grand, sprawling adventure.

We forgive ourselves.

Throwing our arms around one another, tears again as mother and child reconcile, husband and wife, ex-spouses, estranged siblings, friends, co-workers, black with white with red with yellow, Christians with each other and with Moslems with Buddhists with Hindus with Sikhs; Israelis with Palestinians; Serbs with Kosovians with with. . . until all is reconciled between every person and every group.

We who govern, from small towns to nations, begin--at long last--to act for the highest good of all people and all of life. We forge a lasting peace between nations. We reveal the dark secrets of government oppression and omission, for there may be no more such secrets. And we are forgiven for the past.

Not a single person slips through the cracks. Every child, every man and woman is fed and warm, clothed and housed. We give not only physical needs; we work to restore every person to self-honor and wholeness. All orphaned children, and those who have been abused, are welcomed into loving, caring, healthy families.

We who are wealthy use our wealth to bless others. Our goal: the empowerment, freedom, joy, and fulfillment of every being.

We of banks and other financial institutions work to bring people and nations out of debt. We of corporations share our wealth with employees, and serve the good of humanity and the environment. Gradually, the money system gives way to higher ways of exchanging energy. People are able to leave unwanted work and fulfill their purposes in ease, joy and abundance.

Media share the good news! Movies and television shows are uplifting and enlightening.

In the prisons, we inmates become enlightened and begin to serve the world, and are pardoned and freed. We the insane regain wholeness of mind and heart. We the patients in hospitals, realizing how and why we created illness or accident for ourselves, gain the knowledge of self-healing and walk out.

Beautiful parks take the place of these sad institutions.

We who have lost loved ones are able to communicate clearly with them and realize they are still alive. Grief disappears! In the lower astral plane, all of us who are lost, in limbo or a hell of our own belief, are assisted into joy and freedom.

Our Vision For Earth: Being

There we have forgiven ourselves, each one, to the depths of our souls. We have forgiven everything and everyone else, all events and all circumstances of every life.

Family life is transformed; parents and children love and honor one another, and promote what is best and highest for each family member. Women are in charge of their reproductive faculties; only when a child is desired is it conceived. Each child born is lovingly raised.

Love relationships are between two whole and conscious people; heartbreaks are a thing of the past.

Men and women are recognized as perfect equals, expressing polarized aspects of divine nature. This equality extends to every arena of life.

Each religion of the world fully honors all others, as well as the teachings of wise people. We know Goddess/God is One, that spiritual reality is beyond any religion. We are each centered, first and foremost, on the divinity within.

Manifestation is instant and for highest good, so all know joyous, divine abundance. Buildings and all needs are created from concentrated thought.

Lawyers, doctors, psychiatrists, policemen--no one knows of these, for they no longer exist. Laws are obsolete, as we want only happiness for each other.

Our cities are a paradise mix of sacred geometry structures, beautiful trees, plants and flowers. Everything is beautiful.

Immortality is the natural way for each person, along with continuous beauty and health.

Travel by thought or by non-polluting ships has replaced the traffic jams of the past!

We communicate telepathically at will.

Our animal friends are treated as younger brothers and sisters. We don’t kill or eat them, but share a loving bond.

Our weather is mild and peaceful, and cataclysms are no more.

Earth’s purposes in the universe are known to us, and we work to fulfill them. Ours is a planet of complete peace, light and joy, one with God in full realization.

We plan and carry out joyful projects of music, exploration, communication with other star systems, and many other things unimagined in the 21st Century.

So Sensitive?! Why Sensitivity Is A Gift

You are too sensitive. Don't be so sensitive! Many people on the spiritual path have heard this criticism over and over again. It is usually meant as a put-down to someone who has a high sense of intuition and a sixth sense 'knowing'. This comment is usually stated with disdain and contempt as a major flaw in an individual's personality. In fact many Light workers have heard these words, especially as children and it has caused them to close down this gift. "Toughen up. You need thicker skin", usually follows as a comment quickly after to shame and dismiss the individuals' perceptions.

Sensitives are usually quite gifted intuitive spirits as they pick up the less perceived sensations of life. Lightworkers on the planet have heard this comment a lot because they are generally trying to raise their vibrations as they evolve towards spiritual mastery. If you are on a conscious spiritual path you become more intuitive. Intuition, I believe, is God's voice. To hear it you must be sensitive. Spirit speaks to us daily in quiet synchronistic whispers. Sensitives have the ability to perceive the subtle nuances of truth in the physical plane. Hopefully they pick these signals up, follow them and begin to connect to their soul's conscious growth and begin to live more fulfilling and abundant lives.

Lightworkers, who are Spiritual teachers and healers, or those seeking truth, have a conscious plan to raise the vibration of the planet and bring in more positive qualities of kindness, goodness, love and compassion. They also have to balance the warring yin and yang energies that are on the planet. Yin, the more feminine principle is receptive, intuitive, nurturing and healing. Yang, the more active principle is assertive, pioneering, instinctual and creative. When harmonious, these energies dance together manifesting birth and death, darkness and light. In conflict they create, evil, abuse, terror and chaos. You must have both energies co-creating to move toward wholeness in the physical realm.

As a psychotherapist and healer for the last ten years, I have noticed that sensitive people are often the ones who are emotionally abused by others. Their sensitivity is viewed as a weakness. Intuitive sensitives are sometimes the kinder spirits who fight for animals' rights, want to spread peace or speak out against child abuse. Since they have been criticized for just being who they are, they often close down and lead sad isolated lives of denying emotions in their soul. The bullies and the abusers, entities that are heralding the dark energies, don't want to lose their ego oriented existence, so they harass the sensitives so they can keep the veil of darkness alive. The ego thrives on chaos. The sensitives are here to pull the curtain back on the wizard, to reveal the trickster and shine a light on the darkness. Mother Earth and Father God are asking us to start speaking the truth to restore heaven on earth. It is the mission of many; you have heard the call. Now it is time to honor your gift of sensitivity. Sensitive people will bring this planet towards a higher vibration. So we need the armies of sensitives to trust their guts, create their dreams, fulfill their missions and listen to the intuitive voice of God and not the abusive voice of the darkness. You were made sensitive for reason. Be proud of it!

The universe is supporting you, but sensitives must protect themselves from the harsh energies on the planet. Here are some easy ways to do this.

1) Trust your gut and start to believe the still small voice that is inside of you. Praise yourself when you intuit something and you were right. Always honor your spirit.

2) Speak your truth. Sensitives must not hold in their emotions. It becomes toxic to their bodies as negative feelings lay dormant in the body temple. Let out the negativity in constructive healing ways.

3) Protect yourself from negative energies. This can be removing toxic people from your life. Getting out of abusive relationships or situations. Trying to be more positive and inspiring to others instead of critical and pessimistic.

4) Meditate regularly, with grounding exercises. Meditation raises your vibrations and heightens your intuition. You begin to get stronger with your gut instincts and receive more messages on how to create your life purpose. As you live your life purpose, you feel less tired and depressed and more uplifted. Your sensitivity becomes a gift as you now have a focus and reason for being here.

5) Connect with God. Say prayers and ask God questions. What do you want me to learn today? What is the higher purpose of this? How can I serve? God likes to hear us speak to him/her. I believe he created us so she could see his/her own expression and become more inspired… so don't leave him hanging!

6) Receive energy work. Reiki, pranic healing, acupuncture, or massage. Sensitives must work with their energies and remove toxins that build up in their energy fields. It is like a shower for your auric field. Sage and incense also clears energy in your home, since sensitives have a tendency to be psychic sponges, you need to remove the maladaptive energies. Don't forget about getting into nature, a great energy clearer.

7) Find your life purpose. You are sensitive for one reason..to hear the source. God has a plan for everyone on this planet and it mostly coincides with yours. The more sensitive you are the more likely you have a heightened antennae to the source. Don't cloud that transmission. Tune in to KGOD- Keep Good Open Dialogue. It's a great Radio station that can help you feel fulfilled -. receive your daily inspirational messages.

8) Keep the Yin and Yang Balanced, especially the qualities of Gratitude and Forgiveness. Gratitude, puts you in a positive space to attract better outcomes. And like the Yin energy, pulls in better life outcomes. Forgiveness is about actively releasing negative energy. To give forth. The yang is about actively releasing stagnant emotions. Energy must be in balance for lightworkers and sensitives. There has to be a flow. Leave the swamps for the egoic alligators of the world. Stuck in their own muck.

With the light acceleration on the planet, sensitivity is absolutely necessary to listen and pull down the higher vibrations. These vibrations are full of light and love and of beautiful qualities .To be an open channel to divine expression, whether it be art, music, writing or inspiration you must be sensitive. So next time, someone criticizes you by saying, "You are so sensitive!" Say yes, I need to be to hear God's voice, it is the quiet whisper on the planet and I don't want to miss my loving instructions. Unlike you I don't want to mute the sound! Okay you can be a little nicer than that, but they will get the point. Yes I am soo sensitive that I hear and live the truth. Much love and blessings lightworkers!
